Working with Stewart and PMH Financial

As you may know Stewart Lender Services (SLS) has acquired PMH Financial. Please see the press release which was distributed nationally.

We have received many questions on joining the PMH and Stewart REO Broker Network. Stewart Lender Services and PMH Financial currently have an open REO network, and are looking for experienced, competent real estate professionals who are qualified to handle REO transactions and have previous experience in REO disposition. Handling REO transactions requires significant investment in training, education and a thorough knowledge of the intricate details of an REO transaction, and we generally select real estate professionals who are dedicated to REO sales and have a long history of experience in previous REO markets.

To decide whether you should apply to be in our REO Broker Network, ask yourself the following questions:

• Are you registered and have access to both the RES.NET and Equator REO transaction management platforms?

• Are you registered or willing to register and submit invoices for payment on the LPS Invoice Management System (FKA New Invoice)?

• Do you currently hold E&O insurance with coverage greater than one million dollars?

• Do you currently hold general liability insurance with coverage greater than one million dollars?

• Do you have more than five years of REO experience?

• Do you have your resume and bio to support your activities in the REO market?

• Do you have three professional references as it relates to the REO market?

• Is your real estate license valid?

• Are you in good standing with the state department of real estate board?

• Are you certified to be a REO broker?

• Can you turn BPO’s in 3-5 days or within the REO scorecard’s due date?

• Do you have the staff, office setup and structures in place to be successful with REO transactions?

• Are you prepared to make the investment in time, systems, staffing, training, and continued monitoring of compliance to take on REO assets?

• If you have registered with either Stewart Asset Recovery or PMH Financial, you do not need to register again.

• If you have registered with Stewart Asset Recovery and have received an email confirmation after submitting your application online, then you are in our system, which we are in the process of merging with PMH’s network. You will be contacted should we need additional information from you.

• If you are not registered or are not familiar with PMH Financial, and you have not previously registered with Stewart Asset Recovery, you can register at http://www.pmhfinancial.com
