Underwriting

PMH Commercial provides due diligence and underwriting services to lending institutions and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) B-Piece investors. Our team of professionals is experienced in all types and sizes of collateral located throughout the U.S. Below is a list of the services we provide during the due diligence and underwriting process:

Special Servicing

PMH Commercial is the special servicing division of PMH Financial. Our expertise is in special servicing and subservicing of non-performing commercial loans and real estate-owned (REO) assets nationwide. PMH’s special servicing team is dedicated in maximizing investor recovery by:

  • Analyzing the market, conducting property inspections and re-underwriting the collateral.
  • Preparing an asset management plan outlining past, present and projected future performance of the asset along with a detailed budget.
  • Determining the appropriate terms and strategies for a Loan Modification, Forbearance Agreement, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and REO activities.
  • Engaging highly qualified legal counsel, real estate brokers and property managers to achieve optimum outcomes for the investor.
