Pricing/Valuation Process
It's simple to value your portfolio through
PMH Financial. Just open and save the attached Excel® template,
fill it out, or easier still, copy and paste the information from
your servicing
files, then e-mail the completed file to notes@pmhfinancial.com
. As you will see on the template, the following information is
required.
- Borrower name.
- Credit Score.
- Collateral address and park name, if any.
- Model year.
- Collateral dimensions. ( Length and Width)
- Original and current
balances.
- Sales price and down payment.
- First, paid to, and next payment
dates.
- Original term of note.
(In months).
- Maturity date and dated date
of note.
- Monthly principal in interest
payment amount.
- Note interest rate.
- Payment history. (Times late 30, 60, and 90
days)

General Note Parameters
Note cannot exceed 40 years from
the manufacture date of the underlying collateral.
Collateral no older than the 1976 model year.
Maximum term of note cannot exceed 15 years.
